Fantastic. Thought I had a problem with my delivery and Scott was prepared to sort it but in the end it was Royal Mail that caused the problem. All good in the end.

Impressed with Scott’s personal customer service when an Item was out of stock. Scott replaced the out-of-stock item with a superior product to allow me to get on with servicing my skis rather than wait for the original item to come into stock.
Shipments and Returns
Standard UK Shipping is £3.50 per order for standard delivery (3-5 days)
Standard UK Shipping for orders over £35.00 is free.
Packages are generally dispatched within a day of receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail or Hermes Courier for larger items, using a 2-3 days service, so please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. If you have not had your order after this time please contact us via email@example.com
Do you offer express shipping?
If you require faster shipping, we will be launching express shipping online shortly, in the meantime please contact us if your needs are urgent and we will do our very best to assist you.
What if I am out?
Smaller items will be shipped in letterbox friendly packaging, to reduce the risk of you having to pop round the neighbours, side gate or the depot if you happen to be out!

We offer FREE standard UK shipping on orders over £35.

We will be offering overseas shipping shortly, once Scott has finished the shipping spreadsheet between tea breaks...

If you have changed your mind, then you will be responsible for the shipping, and we recommend using a signed or tracked service for your security. If we have managed to make a mistake (we are human!) then again please email us and we will organise covering return shipping and organising a replacement for you.
